Gary Prioste is CEO of localize technologies. He has over 18 years of experience in the delivery and support of complex IT solutions, with significant senior level experience in business management, strategic business development, product development and operations.
Prior to his current position at localize technologies, Gary was founder and CEO of an IT Consulting Group named Servinet, which he grew from one employee in 1989 to over $25M in revenue. Servinet focused on infrastructure and networking implementation and management as well as client/server and web application development. Servinet's application life cycle methodology included a strong emphasis on quality assurance, which mitigated risk on deployment of complex multi-tiered solutions. Servinet's clients included firms such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Gap, Starbuck's, Intuit and Microsoft. Prior to Servinet, Prioste worked in the IT department at Citigroup.
Gary is a graduate of CSUH and the Executive Program at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.
Rupal has over 12 years of experience in international business, customer relationship management, operations/logistics, as well as business strategy and financial leadership. As Director of Localization Services, she is responsible for the overall success of the Localization Project delivery team serving Fortune 1000 accounts.
Prior to Localize Technologies, Rupal served as the Director of Operations at Europeds, Inc., an international touring company, where she lead the company through financial, operational and marketing restructuring. Her entrepreneurial experiences include co-founding leather-goods export and interior-design firms in India.
Rupal has work/living experience in India, Europe and USA and is fluent in four languages. She received her MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
Hervé has over 15 years of experience in consulting, design, development and deployment of business application software and content management systems.
He worked in Africa, Europe and USA in various industries including software consulting services, financial services & network security. Prior to Localize Technologies, Hervé was the Director of Customer Support & Service for Qualys, Inc., a network security firm.
Hervé is a graduate of the Université de Toulon et du Var in France where he majored in Computer Science and Business Administration. He also earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
William H.C. Chang is Chairman and CEO of the Westlake Group. Westlake is a diversified investment company, headquartered in San Mateo, California, with operations in China, Japan, and the United States and over 4,000 employees. The firm has invested in various industries in China for over twenty five years. Westlake's technology division helps U.S.-based companies penetrate the telecommunication and enterprise networking market in China.
In addition to overseeing Westlake's diversified portfolio, Will works with organizations within the Bay Area who promote US-Asia relations and business initiatives in the Asian American community. He is the Founding Chairman of the Asian Business League and serves as a Director for the California International Relations. Will is also Founder of the Chinese American Association of Commerce, Founding Governor of the City Club of San Francisco, member of the Young Presidents' Organization, Trustee for The Asia Foundation and an Advisor to the Harvard Asia Center.
Will graduated from Harvard College.
Al is executive vice president and chief information officer for Greater Bay Bancorp, one of the Bay area’s largest independent bank holding companies. Previously he served as an advisor to Franklin Resources, a $500 billion global asset management company and as Co-President / Chief Information Officer at Franklin. He also serves as a consultant and board member to several privately held companies, assisting in strategy development, operational scalability, and financing. Additionally Al is an investor in a number of technology-based businesses.
Al has more than 27 years’ experience in the financial technology and services industry. Prior to his positions at Greater Bay Bancorp and Franklin Resources, Al was Executive Vice President at KeyCorp, board member of KeyBank N.A., KeyBank U.S.A., Electronic Payment Services, Inktomi, and MasterCard USA, and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Key Services Corporation.
Along with his wife, Lynn, he founded The Mountains of Hope Foundation, a non-profit trust primarily dedicated to funding metastic breast cancer research.
Al received his MBA from Case-Western Reserve University, where he is a member of the President’s Advisory Committee.
