Software and Internet Localization Industry
Responsible for directing day-to-day operations of all localization projects, including scoping of projects, resource allocation, financial analysis, problem resolution, conflict resolution and client support. Duties will include preparing project quotes, budgets and billing summaries; managing material, financial, and human resources; making key personnel decisions; providing client support, including defining internal processes according to contractual agreement with the client and in conjunction with production; planning and implementing Idiom WorldServer, a globalization content management System, required to provide higher customer satisfaction; working with Engineers and Production to plan and implement localization process improvements and ensure the overall success of the Localization Project Delivery Team; and utilizing Windows, Macintosh and Unix O/S, and Globalization Content Management tools.
This full-time position is based in our Redwood City, CA USA office.
